During this single day workshop, participants will have the opportunity to both carve and print their own linocut. Linocuts are a relief print process where an image is created by cutting away the surface of a block of linoleum; after cutting, the surface of the block is rolled with ink, which is then transferred to paper. The process is somewhat similar to a rubber stamp but allows for larger and more detailed images.
